A four-piece heavy rock band that formed in Liverpool, Polybius are going from strength to strength! With thunderous vocals, face melting guitar riffs, hard hitting basslines and an unrelenting drummer, they are at the summit of the Liverpool underground scene! A huge 2019 saw them play at the Cavern Club for a second time and sell out numerous headline shows around Liverpool. They have released a new single ‘Who Watches the Watchmen?’ which is now available to listen to on Spotify.
This single instantly grabbed my attention from the opening guitar riff, I knew straight away this would be something I would like and enjoy listening to. The single is a little over 4 minutes of classic rock sounds which I love, the track is full of energy and shows some great instrumental talent from all the band members as well as some fantastic vocals and lyrics.
This is a quality song which you can tell has been put together with a lot of care and attention to detail. A refreshing sound from a band who have managed to make their sound stand out from other bands.
