Described as a funky one-man music machine MARQ Electronica releases his latest single ‘Bad Bones’ which is now available to stream on all music platforms.
‘Bad Bones’ is a trippy funky track that expresses Marq’s view on British politicians. There’s bass, synth and everything amazing in between. Marq comments: “Bad Bones is my reaction, my dissatisfaction and frustration at the political landscape what I see as the smiling faces and the double talk of those in power.”
The latest single has everything I have come to expect to hear from Marq’s music, brilliant vocals which capture your attention straight away, a catchy melody with a funky edge that makes this track an instant anthem. The unique sounds and vocals will have you hooked and you can’t help but fall in love with the sound.
What I also love about the track as well as it’s unique sound it has a hint of the 80’s to the sound, I felt as if I had gone back in time to the 80’s with it’s 80’s dancefloor sound. I got a slight Part Pet Shop Boys feel when listening to this song, with again I can’t complain about but these are only hints throughout this incredible single.
I love the mixture of sounds throughout this single and the feel I got from listening to it, I would go as far as to say this is the best track so far from Marq. His ability to create something that is unique and instantly memorable is brilliant and show’s just how talented this guy is.
