We are Fake News. A 5 piece melodic punk rock band from south east Queensland, Australia. We aim to make good quality punk rock music that everyone can enjoy & have a bloody good time doing it.

USNA – ‘SYMPATHY‘

Influenced by Brockhampton, Jay-Z, Billie Eilish and Pharrell Williams, the 23-year-old Northern Irish hip-hop newcomer USNA has shown his world class potential within his first few releases. His debut track ‘BOO’ (featuring Santino Browne) was named as BBC Introducing’s Track of the Week, earned Radio 1 airplay from Gemma Bradley and Jack Saunders, and featured in the Netflix drama ‘One Of Us Is Lying’. Subsequent singles ‘HELL YEAH’, ‘LIKE IT LIKE THAT’ and ‘THEY’RE RIGHT’ continued his support at Radio 1, leading to a set at last year’s Big Weekend in Coventry.

How did you all meet?

We both met at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts over a decade ago. Ended up being flat mates throughout our time there and after touring in bands separately for years we only recently got off our arses and wrote some music together!

Harriet

Harriet’s story is one of female empowerment: from stunning a room of adults into silence with the songbird-clarity of her voice and overcoming bullying at school, to moving to London to risk everything to make it as a musician on her own terms. Her voice and her passion shines brighter than ever on her new album ‘The Outcome’, which will be released on May 12th. It features her brand new single ‘Story of Your Life’, which is out now.

Marseille – ‘Thinker’

Marseille are a young indie rock band from Derby consisting of Will Brown on Vocals/Rhythm Guitar, Joe Labram on Lead Guitar/Backing Vocals, Lennon Hall on Bass/Backing Vocals and Tom Spray on  Drums/Percussion. They have released a new single ‘Thinker’ it is the third single from their upcoming debut EP ‘Freedom’.

Azure Ryder

Azure Ryder emerged as a significant new talent in 2020, her first two EPs ‘Running With The Wolves’ and ‘Crazy With The Light’ earning major airplay and mainstream media attention in her homeland of Australia as well as a wealth of tastemaker tips in the UK. Since her third set, ‘Ladder To The Moon’, was released in 2021, Azure has released her take on the Nina Simone classic ‘Feeling Good’ (which saw her perform on Sydney Harbour Bridge, the first time the location was used in a music video) and has since focused all attention on crafting a new body of work, a potion brewed from“gritty stardust.”

ELOAĦ

ELOAĦ is a singer/songwriter rock band with new age, jazz and pop influences. It was founded in 1995 by Elmar C. Fuchs. Since then, a number of musicians has contributed. Over the past couple of years a stable line-up crystalized: Orion Roos on electric guitars, Peter Douwenga on bass guitars, Johan van der Meer on drums and percussion, Dominik Mittergradnegger on saxophone, Lila Herderberg on vocals, and Elmar C. Fuchs on vocals, acoustic guitars, and keyboards –  and many guest musicians that differ from project to project.

Asya Satti

Asya Satti’s debut track ‘Look At You Now’ provided an intoxicating introduction to her multicultural tapestry of sounds. Praise from Clash and Wonderland soon followed, as did her first radio play courtesy of Tom Robinson at 6 Music. And the rarely explored cultural backdrop of Asya’s Sudanese heritage also captured people’s imagination,  with her videos exploring the nation’s dialect, food and culture shocks attracting thousands of views. She also curated a pan-African playlist for Notion’s Selected By feature.

8SNAKE – ‘The Unreliable’

‘The Unreliable’ is the new 8SNAKE single. The track has been mixed and mastered by Douglas Wheeler and the new video was shot by various video makers, featuring various past live performances of the band in London UK. Edited and produced by Douglas Wheeler, and released through 8MusicGroup.
